Shipping Policy

We offer Free Standard Shipping throughout the USA.

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Free standard shipping within the USA is 3-5 business days. Estimated shipping times do not take into account potential carrier delays due to weather and other carrier related issues.

Rush Orders

We offer 2-3 day and overnight shipping. Rush orders received before 12pmEST will be processed the same day. Orders received AFTER 12pmEST will be shipped the following day. Estimated shipping times do not take into account potential carrier delays due to weather and other carrier related issues.

International Shipping

We are excited to announce that International Shipping is now available! Ship anywhere in the world for a flat rate of $40. If your country is not available in the dropdown form at checkout please shoot us an email at:  info@experienceJourneyBox.com

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@experienceJourneyBox.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds and Returns

If for any reason you are not 110% happy with your JourneyBox you may return it for a full refund within 14 days from when you received it. In order for you to receive a refund, JourneyBox must be in its original condition and shipped back to us within the original packaging.

**Please note that the return cost will not be covered if you have utilized international shipping.

Damaged Goods

In the unfortunate event that your JourneyBox arrived damaged and/or is not working as described, please email us as soon as possible at info@experienceJourneyBox.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will issue you a replacement JourneyBox as soon as possible.
