JourneyBox™ takes up just a little more than 3 1/2 inches, fitting into the palm of your hand and small enough to take it with you wherever you go, rain or shine. (3.54 x 3.90 x 3.54 inches)

Yes, you can easily connect via bluetooth within 30 feet (10m) of the speaker.

JourneyBox comes with a 3-month limited warranty. If our product fails directly due to any manufacturing quality issue, we will replace or repair (at our discretion) the damaged unit with a product of same or equal value free of charge, excluding shipping. Original purchase receipt and packaging barcode must accompany the item to be returned.

9 Sound Journeys at approximately 20 minutes in length for each.

When you purchase the Sound Journey subscription, you will receive a new sound card twice a year that contains the original 9 Sound Journeys plus additional ones, depending on where you are in your subscription cycle. So if you are a new subscriber, your first sound card will arrive within six months containing the original 9 Sound Journeys plus two more, for a total of 11. Your next sound card will have 13 Sound Journeys, then 15, etc, for as long as you are subscribed!

The music loops endlessly with no disruption to your practice. We have also crafted seamless transitions between each Sound Journey.

The Sound Journeys come pre-loaded on the device to take you away from the intrusion of your smart devices. You can purchase a subscription for new Sound Journeys at any time. You can also use the device to stream your own music via bluetooth.

Subscribers will be mailed a sound card which only takes a few seconds to swap out from the current card that the device ships with.

We’ve engineered JourneyBox™ to play its own pre-loaded music at the touch of a button, but the unit can be paired to other devices via bluetooth.

With average use, you can expect up to 8 hours of playtime from one full charge.

The red light next to the charging connector stops illuminating when the unit is fully charged.

Yes.

The speaker cannot be submerged, but it is water-resistant up to an IPX6 rating.

The IPX6 rating classifies the degrees of protection provided against the accidental contact of water in electrical enclosures. Your speaker will long outlast an accidental showering of water. This means that you can use JourneyBox™ in more places and not worry if it gets wet (for example, splashes by the pool, washing your car, splashes in the kitchen, etc.). Just don’t submerge it!
